The Great American Takeout is a campaign launched by a restaurant coalition to encourage Americans to order delivery or pick-up meals on a particular day to support the struggling restaurant industry during the COVID-19 pandemic.[1] Initially, it was focused on one day (March 24, 2020), but it has since become a weekly event.
Jack in the Box announced they were joining the campaign on March 24, 2020.[2]
