At home, Jack Box is playing a Scrabble-like word game with his wife Cricket. He plays the word "swavory," meaning sweet and savory, but Cricket is skeptical of the word's veracity and presses him to use it in a sentence. Jack uses it to describe his restaurant's new Waffle Breakfast Sandwich, which combines the "savory goodness" of his new country-grilled sausage with the sweetness of toasted maple waffles. As Jack compiles his points, claiming to have earned a triple word score, Cricket plays a new word: "nonookie." Confused, Jack looks at Cricket, who gives him a self-satisfied smirk and a realization dawns on him.
