Curly fries are a variation of french fries characterized by their helical shape, cut from whole potatoes using a specialized spiral slicer. They are sold as a side item at Jack in the Box, where they are seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, and spices.[1] They were added to the menu in 1991.[2]
