Leonard "Lenny" Comma was the Chairman, President and CEO of Jack in the Box Inc. He replaced Linda A. Lang as CEO on January 1, 2014, and was succeeded by Darin Harris on June 15, 2020.

Comma has an MBA from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and a bachelor's degree in finance from Drexel University in Philadelphia.[1]

From 1989 to 2001, Comma worked at Exxon Mobil, most recently as a regional manager. He later joined Jack in the Box as Director of Convenience Store and Fuel Operations for the company's chain of convenience stores called Quick Stuff. In 2006, he joined the restaurant end of the business as Regional Vice President of Quick Stuff and the Company’s Southern California region.[2]

In 2018, Comma openly proposed replacing cashiers with automated kiosks rather than paying them a fair wage.[3]

In December 2019, Comma announced he would leave the company.[4]
