Jacques is Jack's long-lost cousin who works as a chef at a bistro in Paris, France. He appears similar to Jack, but with a mustache and a red beret.
The cousins reunited after Jack happened to try one of his burgers on a trip to France. Jacques gave Jack the recipe, featuring truffle aioli and Havarti cheese, which Jack used to create the Bistro Buttery Jack. In exchange, he was given one of Jack's trademark yellow conical hats.
