The Chick-n-Tater Melt (alternatively spelled as Chick-N-Tater Melt) is a chicken sandwich sold at Jack in the Box. It features a fried chicken patty, bacon, a hash brown, and a blend of three cheeses (Cheddar, Swiss-style, and a white cheese sauce), topped with ranch sauce on a croissant.

A buttery croissant w/ a chicken patty, hickory smoked bacon, hash brown, Swiss and cheddar cheese, cheese sauce & Buttermilk Ranch. A late-night MVP.[1]
History[]
The sandwich was introduced in September 2014 as part of Jack’s Munchie Meal.[2] It was discontinued in 2023 along with several other Munchie Meal entrees.[3]
The Chick-n-Tater Melt briefly returned the following year as part of Cube's Munchie Meal, and could be ordered "Cube's Way," which removed the bacon.[4] It returned again in 2025 as part of the T-Pain Munchie Meal alongside the Burg-R-Tater Melt, which features beef instead of chicken.[5]
